You can have unlimited downlines. Your membership will never expire. The computer will remember your downlines and your customers forever. There is no fees to join. No purchase necessary! Once a person made a purchase through you, he will be your customer forever. So the next time he purchases something from us, you will still earn a commission. Your downlines will remain under you forever. So when they make sales, you will earn commissions from their sales forever!

How do I get paid?

ANSWER: We only pay by checks. Checks will be sent to you at your request once you have accumulated at least $50 in commission. Checks mailed to US residences are free of charge. An international money order can be mailed to you for a $7 service charge.

How do I know that you will pay me?

Go ahead an purchase something from AlexChiu.com and receive a 10% commission for your own purchase. Then tell your friends to purchase something through you. We are not here to waste our own time. It's hard to find a good affiliate. We rather pay so that you will keep promoting our products. Go to our order page and scroll to the bottom and you will see the sponsor's name. The affiliate software does work. Each time somebody makes a purchase, the software will send you an email notification.

Do I get commission if a buyer purchases the product over the phone?

If you don't know the buyer, you won't receive commission. But if you know the buyer, you can tell the buyer to mention your username. Then we can give you a commission. Or you can email us and tell us that you deserve credit for a certain phone order.

Can one person apply for multiple accounts?

ANSWER: No. Everytime you open up an account, your IP will be recorded. If we find out that you open up multiple accounts just to rip us off, we will cancel all of your accounts, and you will lose all of your commission. Everytime we pay commission, we process the payment manually. This means we will check for fraudulent commissions everytime. Non-active dummy accounts will be deleted once every 2 weeks. So you cannot set up a dummy account and expect that account to last forever.

Can I contact my downlines?

ANSWER: Yes. Click on the 'view downlines' link on your control panel. You can encourage them at any time!

What if somebody refunds the money? Do I lose my commission?

ANSWER: It depends. If you seem like an honest member, we will not take away your commission. But if your sales always turn into refunds, we will have to take away your commissions.

How does your software track sales?

ANSWER: We have made a big improvement recently. Now your commission will be recorded the moment the buyer hits the Pay button. The buyer no longer needs to return to the merchant. This assures your share of the profit.
