I bought a set of rings (and foot braces) about 3 years ago. The rings are cardboard with tape to mark the polarity. The tape has fallen off and I can't tell which is N/S so I don't know how to wear them on my finger. Can you help? Do you have any suggestions?
Answer: You must have our old design rings. Send us the broken rings to us, we will ship you another pair for replacement. We can’t tell whether the magnets are placed correctly or not if you “fix” them, and that can cause problem. However, our current models with plastic housings can easily be fixed if magnets come lose because they have a more steady structure.
