Answer: The younger you start wearing, the better it is. Why wait to suffer the aging? If you are healthy, I would recommend start now. I did.
Another thing to remember is this. Our products do NOT hamper natural growth process, only the aging process. So even if you are still in the growth phase, you can wear them. Just watch out for too much energy.
