Would it be beneficial since they're supposed to give you extra energy? Would wearing it while taking a physics final be helpful? Or should I just stick with the "wear em while you sleep" technique.
Answer: I suggest you study more! Seriously, you can wear them during the day, IF you don't feel drowsy or anything like that.
