I have a question regarding the updated footbraces. I received my order about 3 weeks ago(the neodymium rings & footbraces package discount)and I don't know if I have the latest improved footbraces. It looks as though there are two prongs extending off the outer sides. Unfortunately I misplaced the directions. Do all the toes go inside the opening? I heard others say the large toe was outside which has led to my confusion. Please clarify for me. Thank you

The newly improved version is lighter but has the same strength as the older version. The big toe does go outside of the strap. The 2 prongs extending to outside should be covering the big toe. .
