Duration of time to wear rings and braces

Hi Alex, I remember you saying that one should wear the normal (non-neodym)rings at least 8 hours a night or else they would age. I also remember you saying that the neo-dym rings were much stronger than the regular rings and that the braces were even stronger than those. If this is the case, does that mean one can wear the strong rings and/or braces for a shorter length of time than 8 hours(like 6 hours) and still have the same effect as wearing the regular rings for 8? The reason why I ask is because my schedule only allows me to sleep 6-7 hours a night during the week. By the way, I'm 21 and in decent health. Thanks for any help.

Answer: Just try to wear as much as possible. You don't really have to wear 8 hours for it to work. It works even if you wear 2 hours a night. But 8 hours is better. The longer you wear, the more healing.
