I am in my early twenties. I have never had regular menstrual periods unless I have been taking birth control pills.
I know I should have a normal menstrual cycle by now, and if I don't develop one, will risk cancer and infertility, but I don't like being on the synthetic hromones in birth control pills. Have the immortality rings aided any young women in developing normal menstrual cycles?
