alex, I got my neodymium rings yesterday and now I feel like complete shit! its not like sickness its jsut that I have no energy and a mild headache, I read your instructions on the pakcage and on the site and I am sure it is on right, althought they were on wrong before, but only for about 20 seconds, what am I doing wrong? I have the plus sign up on the right hand and the plus side down on the left.. is this normal??

ANSWER: Hey. Check the polarity. Is the + side attracting the side that has no symbol? The + should repel the +. Check both rings. If yes, the polarity is correct. If correct, keep wearing.
