Hi Alex, I have had a cyst in my wrist for the past 7 years and have had many cortisone shots in it. It has been 2 years since I have had any trouble out of it. Now, after wearing the devices, it has rose up high on my wrist joint and is rounded and painful. Do you suppose it could possibily be healing itself with the devices bringing more blood to the joint or should I get more cortisone shots? And by the way, my backpain has not returned and it still feels great!

ANSWER: Since Im not a doctor, it's not legal for me to give medical advice. But I can tell you that when I was 19, I fell off the bike and injured my back. I had severe back pain ever since, until I started wearing the rings. The back pain went away for a month. Then, all of a sudden, it came back 3 folds. The pain was so terrible, it's hard to bear especially when I sleep at night with the rings on. I knew that the increased pain is caused by the healing effect of the rings, so I just kept wearing the rings. 3 months later, my back was completely cured, and the pain disappeared forever! So the increased blood circulation could cause you more pain. But hey, no pain, no gain!
