I complained earlier about a very irratic menstrual cycle. I started wearing the regular immortality rings a week ago. I have not had a period since last May. After a couple of days of wearing the rings, I had all the symptoms of ovulation, and I began to menstruate again. I am also sleeping better and have more energy, a better appetite and am less hungry during the day.
