Hi Alex, anothe question. How much Green Tea should I drink a day? Like how amyn cups? Also, is it okay to drink it chilled? And with some fresh mint? (I have some growing in my garden)

ANSWER: I personally drink a pot of green tea per day. Well, since Im Chinese, I got used to that living style. You can drink it hot or cold. You can add mint too.
