do we need to replace rings/foot braces with new set(s) say once for serveral months in order to get the best benefits of your device? What will be the effect if we stop wearing them, will our health revert to the situation before wearing them?

ANSWER: I think you don't need to replace them unless they broke. So the rings could last many many years. If you stop wearing them, you age as usual.
