Will the rings help completely heal scars left from corrective surgery to cure nearsightedness? (Commonly called Radial Keratotomy. Laser surgery is similar and both often leave scar tissue that causes visual distortions or "starburst" effects)

ANSWER: I don't think the rings can heal the scars completely because the cornea is too delicate. To completely heal it, you must use the magnetic coil described in this page.
