Can I directly tape the magnets to my fingers w/ bandage tape?

My hands and fingers are really small. I've used bandage tape to make them fit my fingers

So, can I take the magnets out and directly place them on my skin (fingers) and use a new piece of tape each night to hold them onto my fingers during sleep (correct polarity, of course).
