I stopped wearing my rings a little after I got them though I cant remember why. I have recently decided to start wearing them again after I noticed a lot of new hair growth which I can only attribute to these rings, unfortunately I lost the instructions and I dont wish to wear them incorrectly. On which hand should the + be on top?
