You can wear the regular rings while on computer because it's not so strong. But do not wear the Neodymium 21,000 gause rings when using computer. It will destroy the monitor after awhile.
The devices will probably not make you taller for you have already passed the age. But densen bone structure, based on reports from our customers, is very likely.
