I know about Rife. The way how Rife works is this: Everything has its unique frequency. Rife finds the frequency of the virus and shoot electric shock into the human body targetting at the virus. So the shock of electrons basically shoot thru the virus. (Frequency always look for matter which carries the similar frequency to be their path.) That would kill the virus.
About bone structure. My device, reported by many customers, does densen body parts including the bone. But I am not sure if it will make you grow tall cauz you are already 21
