Magnetic Rings are too big

Dear Alex,
having just purchased 2 pairs of rings, 1 for myself and 1 for my girlfriend, we have found that the rings are too big for my girlfriends little finger!
We are both relatively small, but hers seem to fall off during the night, even on the tightest setting.
What do you recommend?
