Join a health related mailing list and email everyone on that list.

That's what I did today. I went to Yahoo's group
http://groups.yahoo.com/ and joined 5 different health related mailing lists. Then I post a message giving people my link code. Already I have 30 more clicks. Each one of them has the URL recorded in the top 100 referral because most Yahoo users have web based email.
