what are the rules re. affiliates?

I noticed that Alex deleted a whole bunch of people who were cheating with somethingawful.

I post on somethingawful, among others, but I only signed up today 22/4, and I have not participated in any cheating.

I don't want to lose my chance of getting the free rings and spreading the word on the devices.

Will I be deleted for posting my link on something awful's message boards or is it just if I participate in a deliberate attempt to cheat?
